There's this famous duck meat keow tiao th'ng in Air Itam,near penang hill Penang.
I used to visit this stall of keow tiao th'ng when I was small.

Haven't heard of this place before, the soup looks oily does it? It'll be great if you can provide more details about the location and tastes :)
